Terminals

Use this page to register and manage POS terminals per restaurant — name, device id, Linkly setup, master device flag, and active status. Plan terminal limits apply to active devices.

Terminals list

What it does

Split list + detail view with filters, plan limit banner, and pagination.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Terminals.
  2. Pick Restaurant (first outlet auto-selects).
  3. Optionally Search — placeholder Search by terminal name... (debounced ~300ms).
  4. Status filter — default Active; also All or Inactive.
  5. Read LimitBanner (e.g. active terminals vs plan max) when shown.
  6. Tap a terminal in the left list to see details on the right.
  7. Tap refresh to reload table and active count.

List item shows

  • Terminal name, Master Device badge when set
  • Restaurant name, Linkly configured / Linkly not configured
  • Green/red dot for Active / Inactive

Detail panel

Device id, Linkly token status, dates, Edit and Delete actions (when permitted).

Plan limits

Add Terminal is gated when active terminals reach your plan max_terminal limit. Plan-limit errors suggest opening the Subscription page.


Add terminal

What it does

Dialog Add Terminal — creates a device for the filtered restaurant.

Step-by-step

  1. Tap Add Terminal (disabled at plan limit).
  2. Restaurant — read-only, matches filter.
  3. Terminal Name * — required.
  4. Is Master DeviceYes / No switch.
  5. Tap Create (Creating... while working).
  6. Success: API message or Terminal created successfully.

Device id and Linkly token are assigned through the POS pairing flow after creation.


Edit terminal

What it does

Dialog Edit Terminal for an existing row.

Tap Update (Updating... while saving).


Delete terminal

What it does

Confirmation dialog — This action cannot be undone. This will permanently delete the terminal {name}.

Tap Delete to confirm. Success: Terminal deleted successfully.
