Cloud Printing

Use this page to register cloud printers per restaurant — serial number, location, voice type, which order types print, and announce/print flags.

Open the screen: Sidebar → Settings → Cloud Printing

Per restaurant

Filters and the printer list apply to the Restaurant you select. First outlet auto-selects on load.

Printer list

What it does

Filterable, paginated table of cloud printers for the selected outlet.

Step-by-step

1. Open Cloud Printing.
2. Pick Restaurant.
3. Optionally Search by printer name — placeholder Search by printer name...
4. Set Status — All, Active, or Inactive.
5. Tap refresh or change page size (default 10).

What the table shows

Serial Number	Device SN
Location	Outlet name
Voice Type	Numeric voice profile
Print Orders	Yes / No
Announce	Yes / No
Status	Active or Inactive

Add or edit cloud printer

What it does

Dialog Add Cloud Printer or Edit Cloud Printer.

Step-by-step — Add

1. Tap Add Printer (mobile: Add).
2. Fill Name * and Serial Number *.
3. Voice Type — Type 1 or Type 2.
4. Location — outlet for this printer.
5. Order Types * — check Dine-in, Pickup, and/or Delivery.
6. Print Orders and Announce Orders switches.
7. Active switch.
8. Read blue note: Make sure the printer is on and connected to the internet.
9. Tap Create.

Step-by-step — Edit

Same fields pre-filled; tap Update.

Toasts

• Success: Cloud printer created successfully / updated successfully
• Delete success: Cloud printer deleted successfully
• Errors show API message when available.

Delete

Delete is immediate — no undo. Re-add the printer if removed by mistake.
