Tags

Use this page for general-purpose tag labels (name only) — search, add, edit, and delete. This is Settings → Tags, not Item Tags under Master Data.

Open the screen: Sidebar → Settings → Tags

Tags list

What it does

Searchable, paginated table of tags.

Step-by-step

1. Open Tags.
2. Optionally type in Tag Name search — placeholder Search Tags (filters current page client-side).
3. Tap refresh to reload from API.
4. Use pagination (default page size 10).

What the table shows

Column	Meaning
Id	System id
Tag	Tag text
Created At	Localised timestamp
Updated At	Localised timestamp
Actions	Edit, Delete

Add or edit tag

What it does

Dialog with a single required field.

Step-by-step — Add

1. Tap Add Tag.
2. Dialog Add Tag.
3. Tag Name * — placeholder Enter tag name (max 255).
4. Tap SUBMIT (SUBMITTING... while saving).
5. Success: Tag created successfully.

RESET clears the field before submit.

Step-by-step — Edit

1. Tap Edit on a row.
2. Dialog Edit Tag — change Tag Name *.
3. Tap SUBMIT.
4. Success: Tag updated successfully.

Delete tag

What it does

Permanent removal after confirmation.

Step-by-step

1. Tap Delete (red trash icon).
2. Alert Are you sure? — This action cannot be undone. This will permanently delete the tag.
3. Tap Delete to confirm or Cancel.
