Summary
Read reservation stats, filter by date range and location, search guests, and export PDF reports.
Open the screen: Sidebar → Table Reservation Management → Summary
Summary screen
What it does
Shows four stat cards, a filter bar, and a paginated reservations table.
Step-by-step
- Open Summary.
- Pick a date range (default Last 7 Days).
- Pick All Locations or one location.
- Optionally search — placeholder Search by name, phone, or table ID... (filters current page client-side).
- Tap refresh — Refreshed / Reservation data has been refreshed.
- Tap Export PDF to download Reservations History Report.
Stat cards

Date range options
Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month.
Table columns

Empty: No reservations found — Try adjusting your filters or time range.
Pagination
Default 10 rows per page; change page size via pagination control.
Export
- No Data if nothing to export.
- Export Successful — PDF filename
ReservationsHistory_{start}_{end}.pdf. - Export Failed on error.
Export policy
Use Export PDF only when company policy allows sharing reservation reports outside the system.
