Order Status
Use this page to customise how system order statuses appear to customers at your outlet — for example renaming “Preparing” to “Your order is in the kitchen”. System status names stay fixed; you edit custom labels and optional descriptions only.
Open the screen: Sidebar → Order Management → Order Status
This screen does not move orders
To change where a specific order sits in the workflow, use Transactions → Edit Order Status. This page only customises status labels shown to customers.
