QuickBooks Integration
Connect QuickBooks, configure sync schedule and type, run manual sync, and audit runs in history.
Open the screen: Sidebar → Third Party Integration → QuickBooks Integration
Access requirements
You need the QuickBooks integration add-on (same plan feature as Xero), QuickBooks enabled in tenant settings, and QIKBOOK INTEGRATION module permission.
Sub-pages via QuickBooksNav: Overview (/quickbooks-accounting), Sync Settings, Sync History. Callback (/quickbooks-accounting/callback) runs automatically after OAuth.
Connect and hub (Overview)
What it does
Shows Connection Status and connect/disconnect actions.
Step-by-step — connect
- Open QuickBooks Integration.
- If Not Connected, tap Connect to QuickBooks.
- In Connect to QuickBooks, read the five steps, tap Continue to QuickBooks (Connecting...).
- Complete QuickBooks login and grant permissions — callback returns to the app.
- On success: Success / connection toast; hub shows Connected with organisation name, Last Sync, Token Expires.
Disconnect
- Tap Disconnect on the connected card.
- Confirm Disconnect QuickBooks? — This will stop automatic syncing. Logs are kept and you can reconnect later.
- On success: Disconnected / QuickBooks connection removed successfully.
Errors
- Failed to get authorization URL
- Connection Error on failed OAuth
Sync Settings
Open: Sync Settings in nav, or /quickbooks-accounting/sync-settings
