Guest customers

Use this page to search guest customers - people who checked out with contact details but without a full Customers account - and export matching records to CSV.

On this page: search guest customers · filter by status · export CSV

Open the screen: Sidebar → User ManagementGuest Customers

Guest vs registered customers

Guest Customers shows lightweight profiles created during guest checkout. For full accounts with loyalty, groups, and addresses, use Customers.

Guest customer list

Step-by-step

  1. Open User ManagementGuest Customers.
  2. Wait if the table shows Loading….
  3. Enter Search text to find guests by name, email, or phone. The list updates automatically as you type.

  6. Tap the refresh button (circular arrow) to reload manually.
  7. Read the table columns below.

No row actions on this list

The table has no View or Edit buttons. Guest records are created from checkout flows - use Search and Export for support and reporting.

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • I see “No guest customers found.” No guests match your search or status filter. Clear Search or switch Status.
  • I cannot find both active and inactive guests at once. Pick Active or Inactive separately, or export each status in turn.
  • I do not see Add Guest. Guest profiles are not created from this screen - they come from guest checkout (online, kiosk, or other channels your business uses).

Export guest customers to CSV

What it does

Downloads a CSV of all guest customers matching your current Search and Status filters - not only the current page.

Step-by-step

  1. Set Search and Status to match the guests you want (or leave defaults for all Active guests).
  2. Tap the download button (next to refresh).
  3. Wait if the icon shows a spinner.
  4. A file downloads (name like guest-customers-export_YYYY-MM-DD_HHMM.csv).
  5. When complete, you see Export complete.
