Guest customers
Use this page to search guest customers - people who checked out with contact details but without a full Customers account - and export matching records to CSV.
On this page: search guest customers · filter by status · export CSV
Open the screen: Sidebar → User Management → Guest Customers
Guest vs registered customers
Guest Customers shows lightweight profiles created during guest checkout. For full accounts with loyalty, groups, and addresses, use Customers.
Guest customers vs Customers
| Guest Customers (this screen) | Customers | |
|---|---|---|
| Account type | Guest checkout profile | Full registered account |
| How records appear | Created automatically from guest checkout | Added in admin or customer registration |
| What you can do here | Search, filter, export | Add, view, edit, groups, export |
| Loyalty & groups | Not managed here | Loyalty points and customer groups |
If someone later registers as a full customer, they may appear as a separate record under Customers.

- Enter Search text to find guests by name, email, or phone. The list updates automatically as you type.

What the table shows
| Column | Meaning |

No row actions on this list
The table has no View or Edit buttons. Guest records are created from checkout flows - use Search and Export for support and reporting.
Common mistakes / FAQs
- I see “No guest customers found.” No guests match your search or status filter. Clear Search or switch Status.
- I cannot find both active and inactive guests at once. Pick Active or Inactive separately, or export each status in turn.
- I do not see Add Guest. Guest profiles are not created from this screen - they come from guest checkout (online, kiosk, or other channels your business uses).
Export guest customers to CSV
What it does
Downloads a CSV of all guest customers matching your current Search and Status filters - not only the current page.
Step-by-step
- Set Search and Status to match the guests you want (or leave defaults for all Active guests).
- Tap the download button (next to refresh).
- Wait if the icon shows a spinner.
- A file downloads (name like
guest-customers-export_YYYY-MM-DD_HHMM.csv). - When complete, you see Export complete.
CSV columns
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Guest ID | Same as the list |
| Name | Guest name |
| Email address | |
| Country Code | Dialling prefix when stored |
| Phone Number | Phone digits (spreadsheet-safe formatting) |
| Status | Active or Inactive |
| Tenant Name | Outlet / tenant name when available |

Common mistakes / FAQs
- Export failed. Tap refresh, then try export again.
- Wrong guests in the file. Check Search and Status before exporting - the CSV uses the same filters as the list.
