Third Party Integration
Use Third Party Integration for Uber Eats delivery, Xero accounting, and QuickBooks accounting. Each integration needs the matching plan add-on, tenant setting turned on, and your user role must allow the module — otherwise the menu item is hidden or the route shows access denied.
Recommended setup order
- Overview - you are here.
- Uber Eats - connect outlets and sync menus (if you use Uber Eats).
- Xero Integration - connect Xero and configure finance sync (if your business uses Xero).
- QuickBooks Integration - connect QuickBooks and review sync setup (if your business uses QuickBooks).
Uber Eats
Menu path: Uber Eats
OAuth connect, map each location to an Uber store, then manage menu push/pull and order settings per outlet. Requires the Uber Eats integration add-on.
Full guide: Uber Eats.
Xero Integration
Menu path: Xero Integration
Two-step setup: Connect to Xero (OAuth), then Configure Sync (schedule, sync type, bank and sales accounts). Open Sync Settings and Sync History from the hub after setup. Requires the Xero integration add-on.
Full guide: Xero Integration.
QuickBooks Integration
Menu path: QuickBooks Integration
Connect via OAuth, then use Sync Settings (schedule and sync type) and Sync History from the in-page nav. Requires the QuickBooks integration add-on (same plan feature as Xero).
Full guide: QuickBooks Integration.
Tips
- Ask your administrator to enable the integration in tenant settings and assign the correct module permission before you start.
- Complete connect on the main hub first; use Sync History to troubleshoot failed accounting syncs.
- For Uber Eats, activate the location from POS after mapping — menu and order sync depend on it.
- Never share OAuth or API credentials in chat; use your IT vault or password manager.
