Table Reservation Management
Use Table Reservation Management for booking rules, daily service schedules, timeline operations, reservation history, and table combinations. Requires the Table reservations add-on on your plan.
Recommended setup order
- Overview - you are here.
- Settings - booking rules, weekly schedules, and special hours per location.
- Table Combinations - merged tables for large parties (optional, before heavy booking traffic).
- Timeline - day-of-service bookings on timeline or list view.
- Summary - reservation history, stats, and PDF export.
Settings
Menu path: Settings
Pick a location, then configure Booking Settings, Booking Schedules, and Special Hours tabs.

Reservation timeline or list for a location and date — add bookings, change status, turn off bookings for a day or interval.

Tips
- Configure Settings and Booking Schedules before opening online booking to customers.
- Timeline uses table layout from Settings → Table Planner (separate screen, not part of this add-on menu).
- After changing rules, test one booking end-to-end from the customer flow.
- Train hosts to update status on Timeline so Summary and floor views stay accurate.
