Table Reservation Management

Use Table Reservation Management for booking rules, daily service schedules, timeline operations, reservation history, and table combinations. Requires the Table reservations add-on on your plan.

Recommended setup order

  1. Overview - you are here.
  2. Settings - booking rules, weekly schedules, and special hours per location.
  3. Table Combinations - merged tables for large parties (optional, before heavy booking traffic).
  4. Timeline - day-of-service bookings on timeline or list view.
  5. Summary - reservation history, stats, and PDF export.

Settings

Menu path: Settings

Pick a location, then configure Booking Settings, Booking Schedules, and Special Hours tabs.

Timeline

Reservation timeline or list for a location and date — add bookings, change status, turn off bookings for a day or interval.

Stats cards, filters, searchable reservation table, and Export PDF for a date range.

Define joined tables (name, seats, priority) so large parties book as one unit.

Tips

  • Configure Settings and Booking Schedules before opening online booking to customers.
  • Timeline uses table layout from Settings → Table Planner (separate screen, not part of this add-on menu).
  • After changing rules, test one booking end-to-end from the customer flow.
  • Train hosts to update status on Timeline so Summary and floor views stay accurate.
