Uber Eats

Connect your tenant to Uber Eats, map locations to Uber stores, and manage menu sync and order settings per outlet.

Open the screen: Sidebar → Third Party IntegrationUber Eats

Access requirements

You need the Uber Eats integration add-on, Uber Eats enabled in tenant settings, and UBER EATS INTEGRATION module permission. If the menu is missing, ask an administrator.

The page has two tabs: Setup and My Locations. Use Refresh in the header to reload data (Refreshing / Updating Uber Eats data… toast).

Setup tab

What it does

OAuth connect at tenant level, then map each Pratham location to an Uber store (steps: Connect → Map location → Done).

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Setup tab.
  2. If not connected, tap Connect with Uber Eats — Uber's authorization page opens in a popup. Approve access.
  3. On success: Connected! / Tenant connected to Uber Eats successfully.
  4. Pick Select Location to Map (Choose your location) and Choose Your Uber Eats Store (Select your store).
  5. Tap Map Location to Store.
  6. On success: Success! / Outlet mapped to Uber Store successfully. — then open My Locations for menu actions.

After mapping

  • Amber notice: activate this location from your POS to enable menu and order sync.
  • Optional toast: Do you want to sync your menu to Uber, or just accept orders directly?

Disconnect (tenant level)

  1. When connected, tap Disconnect on the setup card.
  2. Confirm Disconnect from Uber Eats? — removes all location-to-store mappings for this tenant.
  3. On success: Disconnected (may show how many mappings were removed).

No Uber stores found

If connected but no stores load, read the No Uber Eats Store Found panel and tap Refresh Stores. Check Uber Eats Manager, the correct Uber account, and eats.store scope.

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • Connection Failed. Popup closed early or backend still processing — wait and tap Connect again.
  • All locations are already mapped. Use My Locations or Map another location after a successful map.
  • Access Denied toasts. You need CREATE (connect/map) or DELETE (disconnect) permission.

What it does

Shows mapped outlets, sync status badges, and per-location actions.

Step-by-step

  1. Open My Locations.
  2. Read summary cards — Total locations, Mapped to Uber.
  3. For each mapped row, check badges: Mapped, Menu imported, Activated / Activate from POS, Auto-accept.
  4. Tap on a row for actions (below).
