My profile

Use this page to manage your own login - profile photo, name, phone, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA).

On this page: edit profile · change password · profile photo · two-factor authentication · refresh profile

Open the screen:

  1. Tap your photo or name in the top-right header, or
  2. Open Search (magnifying glass or Ctrl+K / Cmd+K) and choose My Profile.

Menu path: Header → Profile (not in the main sidebar list)

Your account only

This page is for your login. To manage other employees, use Staff.

Any user who can sign in can open Profile - no extra menu permission is needed.


Profile page overview

What it does

Shows your photo, role, personal details, account IDs, and security settings in two main cards.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Profile using the header or search.
  2. Wait if the whole page shows Loading… while the app checks your session.
  3. Read the left card - photo, name, role badge, Edit Profile, and Change Password.
  4. Read the right card - Profile Information with Refresh Profile, personal and account fields, and Security (2FA).
  5. On a phone or narrow window, the left card appears above the right card.

Dedicated account manager

If your plan includes a Dedicated Account Manager, a contact card may appear above Profile Information. It is hidden on plans without that feature.

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • I see “User not found.” Your session may have expired. Sign in again from the login page.
  • I am looking in the sidebar. Profile opens from the top-right header or global search, not the main menu list.

Profile photo

What it does

Adds or updates the round photo on your profile and in the header.

Step-by-step

  1. On the left card, tap the pencil button on your photo (tooltip Edit Profile Image).
  2. Choose an image file from your computer.
  3. In the crop window, adjust the frame. Zoom or rotate if those controls are shown.
  4. Confirm the crop. The photo uploads automatically.
  5. When successful, you see Profile image added successfully or Profile image updated successfully.

Header photo not updated?

Tap Refresh Profile on the right card. The same image should appear in the top-right header after save.

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • Pencil button is disabled. An upload is already in progress - wait for it to finish.
  • Photo shows a default person icon. No photo is saved yet, or the image failed to load. Upload again or tap Refresh Profile.

Edit profile

What it does

Updates your display name, phone number, and gender.

Step-by-step

  1. On the left card, tap Edit Profile.
  2. In the Edit Profile dialog, enter Name and Phone no. (both required).
  3. Optionally select Gender - Male, Female, Other, or leave blank.
  4. Tap Submit.
  5. When successful, you see Profile updated and the dialog closes.

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • I cannot change email or username. Those fields are read-only on Profile. Contact your administrator.

Change password

What it does

Replaces your login password while you are signed in.

Step-by-step

  1. On the left card, tap Change Password.
  2. Enter Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password (all required).
  3. Tap the eye icon on each field to show or hide what you type.
  4. Tap Submit.
  5. When successful, you see Password changed and the dialog closes.

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • “All fields are required.” Fill in all three password fields.
  • “Passwords do not match.” Make sure New Password and Confirm Password are the same.
  • Wrong current password. Re-enter your current password. If you are locked out, use Forgot password on the login page - see Forgot password.

Profile information

What it does

Shows your personal and account details. Most fields are view only on this card.

Step-by-step

  1. On the right card, read Personal Information - Name, Username, Email, Phone, Gender, and Role.
  2. Read Account Information - Client ID, Tenant ID, and Business Name.
  3. To reload from the server, tap Refresh Profile (top-right of the card).
  4. While refreshing, the button shows Refreshing… with a spinning icon.
  5. When you tap refresh manually, success shows Profile refreshed.

Auto-refresh on open

When you first open Profile, details reload once automatically in the background (no toast).

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • Client ID or Business Name shows -. Data may not have loaded yet. Tap Refresh Profile.
  • Client ID in the header bar does not match. Tap Refresh Profile. If it still looks wrong, contact support.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

What it does

Turns OTP verification on or off after you enter your password at login.

Step-by-step

  1. On the right card, scroll to Security.
  2. Find Two-Factor Authentication - subtext: Require OTP code after login.
  3. Toggle the switch on or off.
  4. When successful:
    • On → Two-Factor Authentication enabled
    • Off → Two-Factor Authentication disabled
