Self-Checkout Display

Use this page to upload images and videos for kiosk / self-checkout screens. Same card layout as Customer Display, but aspect ratios and groups are tailored for kiosk layouts.

Open the screen: Sidebar → Promotions ManagementSelf-Checkout Display

Plan feature required

Your subscription needs kiosk ordering. Without it, you see an upgrade message for Self-checkout (kiosk).

Create groups first

Define group labels on Promotional Groups, then pick Group when uploading each file.


Media library

What it does

Shows uploaded kiosk media as cards with preview, metadata, and view/delete actions.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Promotions ManagementSelf-Checkout Display.
  2. Note the line Upload times shown in {timezone} above the grid.
  3. Wait if skeleton cards show while loading.
  4. Tap refresh to reload.
  5. Use View or Delete on each card.

Limits (upload dialog)

  • Up to 30 images and 5 videos total
  • Max 5 MB; JPG, JPEG, PNG, MP4

Common mistakes / FAQs

  • “No files found”. Tap Add FilesUpload your first self-checkout file to get started.
  • “Failed to load files”. Tap Try Again.
  • No edit. Delete and re-upload to change settings.

Add files

What it does

Queues files and uploads with name, aspect ratio, and self-checkout group.

Step-by-step

  1. Tap Add Files.
  2. For each file: choose File, File Name, Aspect Ratio (16:9 or 9:16 only), Group.
  3. Tap Add File to queue more entries.
  4. Tap Upload N File(s) (Uploading... while working).
  5. On success: File uploaded successfully or Files uploaded successfully.

No “Upload Now”

Unlike Customer Display, kiosk upload uses the batch Upload N File(s) button only.

View a file

What it does

Read-only preview with extra storage details.

Step-by-step

  1. Tap View on a card.
  2. In View File, review File Name, Aspect Ratio, File Type, Uploaded, Groups, Storage Type (Google Cloud Storage / Local Storage), Uploaded By.
  3. Close the dialog.

Delete a file

Same flow as Customer DisplayConfirm Delete, then Delete / Deleting....
