Marketing Campaigns

Menu path: Marketing Campaigns

Send SMS or email to customer groups. Track sent, failed, opened, and clicked stats. Requires the campaign tools (SMS & email) plan feature.

Full guide: Marketing Campaigns.

Online Promotions

Menu path: Online Promotions

Create online ordering promotions with name, category, description, image, and active status. Shown on digital channels — not the same as SMS/email campaigns. Requires campaign tools (SMS & email) on your plan.

Full guide: Online Promotions.

Promotional Groups

Menu path: Promotional Groups

Create group type labels used when you upload Customer Display or Self-Checkout Display media (for example “Lunch specials”). This screen only manages group names — not products or campaign audiences.

Full guide: Promotional Groups.

Customer Display

Menu path: Customer Display

Upload images and videos for the customer-facing screen at the counter. Assign aspect ratio and a promotional group. Pair with POS Customer Display settings.

Full guide: Customer Display.

Self-Checkout Display

Menu path: Self-Checkout Display

Upload images and videos for kiosk / self-checkout screens. Requires kiosk ordering on your plan.

Full guide: Self-Checkout Display.

Promo Codes

Menu path: Promo Codes

Per-location coupons: discount or free items, order vs item scope, menu lines, customer groups, validity, and weekday/time rules.

Full guide: Promo Codes.

Tips

  • Marketing Campaigns and Online Promotions need customer groups (campaigns) or categories (online promos) set up first.
  • Set end dates on time-limited promo codes so old discounts do not linger.
  • Test a new promo code on a small order before announcing it widely.
