Tax Rates

Use this page to create and maintain percentage tax rates — the building blocks referenced by Tax Groups. Each rate has a name, rate value (0–100%), optional geography labels, and active status.

Open the screen: Sidebar → Tax ManagementTax Rates

Rates are percentages only

The form uses Tax Rate (%) — for example 18.000 for 18% GST. Fixed-dollar taxes are configured through Tax Groups and charge types, not here.

Groups use these rates

After you add rates here, open Tax Groups to assign a rate to products, categories, or fees at each location.
