Locations Management

Use Locations Management for outlets, what each site sells, deals, half-and-half setup, and delivery zones. Most other admin screens filter by location — keep outlet master data accurate first.

Recommended setup order

1. Overview — you are here.
2. Location — create outlets, hours, and per-location settings.
3. Location Items — availability, prices, and channels per outlet.
4. Half n Half — enable half-and-half products and category pricing rules.
5. Deals — bundles, combos, and promotional deal rules.
6. Delivery Zones — delivery areas and fees (plan permitting).

Location

Menu path: Location

Manage outlets: name, address, service types (dine-in, takeaway, delivery), contact details, working hours, and location settings (online ordering, POS, reservations, website banner, holidays, charges).

Location Items

Menu path: Location Items

Control which items sell at which outlet — location prices, online/kiosk/Uber flags, modifiers, bulk price tools, and exports. The master Items library defines the product; this screen tunes it per restaurant.

Half n Half

Enable the Half n Half product per outlet, turn products on as half options, set half prices (POS, online, dine-in), and manage category pairing surcharge rules on the Pricing Rules tab.

Deals

Create deals per restaurant: bundles, combo meals, BOGO-style offers, date/time/platform limits, and optional Half n Half Rules on saved deals.

Delivery Zones

Define where you deliver from each location — distance, postcode/area, or map polygon zones — with minimum order and delivery charge tiers. Requires the custom delivery zones plan feature.

Tips

• Set up Location before Location Items — items need an outlet to attach to.
• Configure Half n Half before deal-level half pricing rules on Deals.
• If a deal or item is missing on POS, check Active status, dates, location, and that Location Items has the product Active at that outlet.
• Delivery Zones only appear when your plan includes custom delivery zones; test with a real address after saving a zone.
• Reports, transactions, and inventory filters all use location — keep outlet names and timezones correct.
