Pratham Admin — user guide
This user guide explains how the Pratham ResPOS Admin web app works from the screen: what you see after opening the site, how sign-in and password reset work, and how to move around the dashboard and menus.
It is written for people who use the admin in a browser (store staff, managers, support).

How this guide is organized
The docs sidebar is grouped by topic (Reports, Master Data, Inventory, and so on) — similar to the admin app menu. Under each topic you will usually see:
- A short overview — what that part of the menu is for and suggested setup order
- Full guides — for important screens: what it does, step-by-step, fields, and FAQs in one place
Pick your topic in the sidebar and open the screen you need — you do not need a separate “CRUD” section.

Can't find a menu item?
Your organization controls which areas each user can open. If a colleague has a menu you do not, ask your administrator to check your role and permissions — not every user sees the full list. See Navigation & sidebar. You can also use Search in the admin header or Find a screen.
