SMS Event Settings

Use this page to choose which business events trigger SMS at each location, and whether each mapping is Enabled or Disabled.

Open the screen: Sidebar → Settings → SMS Event Settings

Plan add-on

Requires campaign tools (SMS & email) on your plan and SMS EVENT permission.

What it does

Card SMS Event Configuration with a location filter, table of event rows, Add New, and refresh.

Step-by-step

Open SMS Event Settings.
Under Filter by Location, pick an outlet (first location auto-selects on load).
Review the table or tap Add New / Add SMS Event if empty.
Tap refresh to reload rows for the current location.

What the table shows

Column	Meaning
Location	Restaurant name
Event Type	Label from system event types API
Status	Enabled (green) or Disabled (red) badge
Created At	Timestamp in your timezone or N/A
Action	Edit (pencil)

Empty state

No SMS Events Configured — Get started by adding your first SMS event notification for this location. with Add SMS Event button.

What it does

Dialog to link a location + event type to an on/off SMS setting.

Tap Edit on a row.
Dialog Edit SMS Event — Location and Event Type are locked; only change Enable SMS Notification.
Tap Save.
Success: SMS event setting has been updated successfully.

Validation

Validation Error / Please fill in all required fields. if location or event type is missing on add.

Common mistakes / FAQs

No rows after picking location. Normal for new outlets — tap Add New.
Event type list empty. Wait for types to load or contact support if the API returns none.
