Settings

Use Settings for per-location toggles, payment methods, loyalty, SMS events, cloud printers, terminals, tags, and floor layout editing.

Recommended setup order

1. Overview - you are here.
2. Quick Actions - turn online ordering, delivery, gift cards, and email alerts on or off per location.
3. Payment Methods - add custom payment types; core methods are system-managed.
4. Loyalty Settings - tenant-wide earn and redeem rules (plan add-on).
5. SMS Event Settings - enable SMS per event type per location (plan add-on).
6. Cloud Printing - register cloud kitchen/receipt printers per outlet.
7. Terminals - register POS devices (plan terminal limits apply).
8. Tags - general-purpose tag labels.
9. Table Planner - drag-and-drop floor layout for tables and areas.

Quick Actions

Menu path: Quick Actions

Per-restaurant toggle cards for online orders, delivery, takeaway, pay at store, gift cards, cashup email, operating-hours report, and Uber Eats order emails. Pick a location first.

Payment Methods

Paginated list of payment types with Add Method, edit (where allowed), and Active / Inactive status.

Loyalty Settings

Tenant-level Loyalty Program switch plus points earn, expiry, conversion, and loyalty gift-card expiry. Requires Customer loyalty on your plan.

SMS Event Settings

Per location: add or edit which event types send SMS and whether each is Enabled. Requires campaign tools (SMS & email) on your plan.

Cloud Printing

Per restaurant: filter, search, add, edit, and delete cloud printers (serial number, order types, print/announce flags).

Terminals

Register and manage POS terminals per outlet — split list/detail view, plan limit banner, add/edit/delete.

Tags

Menu path: Tags

Simple tag name list with search, add, edit, and delete. Not the same as Item Tags under Master Data.

Table Planner

Menu path: Table Planner

Konva floor canvas: areas, tables, drag layout, Save Layout. Used by reservations and floor views — not gated on the table-reservation add-on.

Tips

• Quick Actions and Cloud Printing are per restaurant — pick the outlet before changing toggles.
• Loyalty Settings apply tenant-wide; coordinate rule changes with staff before go-live.
• After Payment Methods or Terminals changes, run a small test transaction on a quiet period.
• Table Planner changes are not live until you tap Save Layout.
