Guest Services
Use Guest Services to look up and report gift cards sold or issued — card numbers, customers, balances, status, and exports. Requires the Gift cards add-on on your plan.

Gift Card Purchases
Menu path: Gift Card Purchases
Read-only ledger of gift cards: summary tiles, searchable table, refresh, and Export PDF. Cards are sold and redeemed on POS (or online) — this screen does not create or top up cards.

Tips
- Enable Allow Gift Card Feature (Quick actions) or Gift Card Feature (Location settings) before expecting rows here.
- Loyalty Gift Card Expiry Days is under Settings → Loyalty Settings.
- For walk-in guest profiles (not gift cards), see User Management → Guest Customers.
- Export PDF detail rows match the current page — widen page size to include more cards in one file.
