How to Use This Guide
Use this page to understand how admin documentation is organised and what Add / Edit / View mean in both the app and these guides.
Documentation layout
What it does
The docs sidebar mirrors the admin app: Getting Started first, then Your account, Using the admin, then topic modules (Reports, Master Data, Settings, etc.).
Each topic usually has
- Overview — what the menu section is for and suggested setup order.
- Full guides — one page per important screen.
Step-by-step — find help for a task
- Open the topic overview (e.g. Expense Management).
- Pick the screen name and open its Full guide link.
- Or use Find a Screen for a quick lookup table.
- In the app, use header Search to jump to a page you are allowed to open.

Permissions
If Add, Edit, Import, or a switch is missing or greyed out, your role does not allow that action. Ask a store or system administrator to update your role — resetting your password does not add menu access.
