Quick Actions
Use this page to toggle key restaurant features from one place — online ordering, delivery, takeaway, payments, gift cards, and automated emails. Each switch saves immediately for the selected location.
Open the screen: Sidebar → Settings → Quick Actions
Per-location
Pick a location in the top-right dropdown before changing any toggle. Settings apply to that outlet only.
Location picker
What it does
Loads active restaurants and shows toggle cards for the selected outlet.
Step-by-step
- Open Quick Actions.
- Tap the location dropdown (placeholder Select location or Loading...).
- Choose a restaurant — cards reload with ON / OFF badges.
If no location is selected, the page shows No Location Selected — Select a restaurant location from the dropdown above to manage its settings.
Feature toggles
What it does
Nine cards in a responsive grid. Each card has a header (feature name + ON/OFF), a switch, helper text, and the location badge.
Step-by-step
- Select a location.
- Wait for cards to finish loading (spinner on card header while loading).
- Tap a switch — saves immediately on toggle.
- Read the Success toast for confirmation.

Success toasts (examples): Online orders enabled successfully. · Gift Card Feature disabled successfully. · Uber Eats order email notifications enabled successfully.
No update permission
Without QUICK ACTIONS UPDATE, switches are disabled and cards show No update permission.
Common mistakes / FAQs
- “Please select a restaurant first.” Pick a location before toggling.
- “Access Denied”. You need QUICK ACTIONS UPDATE to change switches.
- Gift Card or Online Orders card missing. Your plan may not include that add-on.
- Toggle reverts. Check for Error toast — Failed to update… Please try again.
