Setup & Configuration

This section walks managers, administrators, and IT staff through everything needed before the POS is ready for daily use. Daily-use staff do not need to read this section - start at the Operator Guide instead.

Recommended setup order

Do these steps in order. Each step depends on the previous one being complete.

1	First-Time Setup	Log in with your admin account, choose your outlet, and assign a terminal to this device
2	POS Settings	Set your store details, enable order types, configure discounts and loyalty
3	Printers & Cash Drawer	Add your receipt printer, kitchen printers, bump printer, and cash drawer
4	Payment Gateways	Connect and pair your EFTPOS terminal
5	Device Settings	Set the terminal name, socket port, and find the IP address for displays to connect to
6	Customer Display	Configure what appears on the customer-facing screen
7	Connected Devices	Verify all display devices are connected and active
8	Receipt Customisation	Choose which fields print on customer and kitchen receipts
