My profile

How to open

  • Click your photo or name in the top-right of the header (same picture as on this page).
  • Or open Search (magnifying glass) and choose My Profile.

This screen is only for your login — not for other staff (Staff is used for that). Any user who can sign in can open Profile; no extra menu permission is needed.


Screen layout

On a phone or narrow window, the left card appears above the right card.

While the app is still checking your login: the whole page may show Loading…

If something is wrong with your session: User not found.


Profile photo

  • Round image on the left card. No photo yet → grey person icon.
  • Pencil button on the photo (tooltip Edit Profile Image) → pick a file from your computer.

Rules when choosing a file

While the photo is uploading, the pencil button is disabled.

The same photo can appear in the top-right header after save. If it does not update, use Refresh Profile.

If the saved image breaks or cannot load, the page shows the default icon again.


Left card buttons

Role badge under your name (for example Admin) comes from your account — you cannot change it here.


Profile Information (right card)

Refresh Profile

Black button top-right: Refresh Profile

  • Spinning icon + Refreshing… while loading.
  • Success toast: Profile refreshed — your information has been updated.

When you first open the page, details reload once automatically (no toast).

Use refresh after changing your photo or if Client ID / Business name shows -.

Account Information (view only)

Values may come from your saved tenant settings. - means nothing loaded yet — try Refresh Profile.

The Client ID in the top header bar (large screens) should match Client ID here.

Messages you may see

  • All fields are required
  • Passwords do not match
  • Wrong current password (wording from system)

Locked out? Use Forgot password on the login page — see Signing in.


Security — Two-Factor Authentication

Section heading: SECURITY

SwitchOn = OTP needed after password; Off = no OTP

Saves when you flip the switch.

  • On → Two-Factor Authentication enabled
  • Off → Two-Factor Authentication disabled

How OTP works at login: Signing in and Login & password reset.


What this page does not do

  • Edit other people’s accounts
  • Change email, username, or role
  • Change Client ID or business setup (administrator / tenant settings)
  • Log out — use Logout in the top bar

Lock screen (padlock in header) only locks the session; it is not the same as logout or password change.

Tips

  • Keep phone correct for SMS and support.
  • After a new photo, refresh if the header avatar is old.
  • Email on this page is read-only — do not expect Edit Profile to change it.
