Uber Eats integration — connect, configure, sync menu
Menu: Third Party Integration → Uber Eats
Connect your menu and sales data with Uber Eats when your organisation uses that channel. Sections on the page cover credentials, menu sync, and on/off toggles — follow the labels exactly as shown.
If you do not see this menu
Your head office may have turned the integration off, or your role may not include it. Ask an administrator to enable Uber Eats for your company and for your user.
How to set up the Uber Eats integration
- Enter or update account or API details where the form asks.
- Choose one connection option:
- Simple connect: connect the Uber account only.
- Sync complete menu: connect and push full menu data (categories, items, and related settings).
- Run menu sync or test connection when buttons are available.
- Read success or error banners before going live.
Permissions
Integration screens are usually limited to admin or integrations roles.
