QuickBooks integration — connect, sync, configure

Menu: Third Party Integration → QuickBooks integration

Connect and sync sales or journal data with QuickBooks using the sign-in, mapping, and history sections your page displays.


If you do not see this screen

The integration may be disabled for your tenant or your user. Ask your administrator to turn QuickBooks on for the business first.


How to set up QuickBooks integration

  1. Connect through the branded sign-in window.
  2. Map accounts or categories as each step explains.
  3. Run sync or review last sync status from the dashboard area.

Permissions

Reserved for finance or admin roles who may change accounting links.
