Customer display — configure, upload media
Menu: Promotions Management → Customer display
Upload or choose images and messages shown on customer-facing screens near the till (order progress, ads, or branding—depends on your hardware).
How to configure the customer display
- Open each section (for example slideshow, banner, or idle screen) as labelled on the page.
- Upload media in the section where it is required.
- Choose one of the two upload size options shown on screen (for example standard size or full-screen size).
- Use save or apply on each section before testing on the real display.
- Reset or restore default only if you intend to discard custom media.
Permissions
Usually limited to marketing or store managers who may change customer display content.
