This section is for gift card reporting and lookup in the admin panel.

Gift card purchases

Menu path: Gift card purchases

View gift cards sold or issued: card number, customer name and contact, amount, purchase and expiry dates, status (active, expired, inactive, used), and type (loyalty vs standard). Use search by card number, name, email, or phone; refresh the list; export a PDF summary for finance or support.

Purchases and redemptions happen on POS (or online) — this screen does not create new gift cards. Enable the feature per location under Quick actions or Location settings; loyalty gift card expiry is under Loyalty settings.
