Help & support

Menu: Bottom of the sidebar → Help & support (always visible after login)

Route: Opens the in-app help page (header title follows the menu name).

Use this page to contact PrathamPOS / Achyut Labs support, check your subscription summary, find social media links, and see support hours. Every signed-in user can open it — no special permission required.

Subscription (main card, left column)

Shows your tenant-level plan from account settings.

What you may seeMeaning
PlanPlan name (for example “Standard Plan”).
DurationHow many months the plan runs, when provided.
Billing periodStart and end dates of the current period.
Subscription IDReference number for billing support.
Status badgeActive or Inactive (or other label from the system).
Max terminals / Max locationsLimits included in your plan, when shown.
Plan descriptionText describing the plan.
Included featuresUp to 8 features listed; if there are more, text says Showing 8 of N features.

Loading and errors

  • Loading subscription details… — please wait.
  • Could not load subscription details — refresh the page or try again later.
  • No subscription information was found — nothing returned for your tenant.
  • Unable to load subscription details because your session does not include a tenant restaurant context — your login may not be tied to a restaurant; contact support with your Client ID and business name.

  • For urgent access issues, email support@achyutlabs.com with Client ID, business name, and your username.
  • Subscription limits (terminals, locations) explain why you may not add more devices or outlets — upgrades go through support or billing.
