Profile and Help & Support

Available after login for every user. These are separate from permissions on orders, items, reports, and other day-to-day menus.

My profile

How to open: Click your photo or name in the top-right — not from the main sidebar list.

On Profile you can:

  • Upload or change your profile photo (crop, max 5 MB)
  • Edit profile — name, phone, gender
  • Change password
  • Turn two-factor authentication on or off
  • Refresh profile to reload details
  • View Client ID, Tenant ID, and Business name (read-only)

Email, username, and role are shown but only an administrator can change them.

Help & support

Menu: Sidebar → Help & support (bottom of the menu, always visible)

Contact support, view subscription summary, social media, support hours, and privacy policy.

Tips

  • Update phone on Profile for 2FA and contact.
  • Login problems → Signing in and Forgot password.
  • Billing or plan questions → Help & support, not Profile.
