Order refunds — process, view

Menu: Order Management → Order refunds

Record, process, and review refunds — money returned to customers for orders that were paid but later cancelled, voided, or adjusted. Use this screen to issue a full or partial refund, track refund history, and verify refund amounts and reasons.


How to process an order refund

  1. Find the order or refund row (search or filters if shown).
  2. Open create refund or edit when available.
  3. Enter amount, reason, and any payment method fields required on the form.
  4. Submit and read the confirmation or error message.

Permissions

Refunds are sensitive: only roles with refund rights should see or submit them.
